What data do we collect?
We only collect data you provide voluntarily through our contact form:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Project description or enquiry
- Type of service requested (new build, renovation, rehabilitation)
We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare a personalised quote and manage pre-contractual communication.
The legal basis for processing is your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to quote requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your request and, where a contract is formed, for the legally required periods (minimum 6 years under commercial law). Without a contract, data is deleted within 12 months of last contact.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Data may be accessed by technology service providers (hosting, email) acting as processors under appropriate GDPR safeguards.
